Getting There

HCR is located 7.4 miles west of Jasper, AR (72641) on hwy 74. 1 1/2 hrs North of Russellville, AR and 30 minutes south of Harrison, AR. Directions

Getting Around

Crag access is 10 - 15 minutes from the parking area and campgrounds.

Club Trips

Clubs and groups are welcome. Large groups should call ahead.

Types of Climbing

Primary sport, with some nice trad cracks and lots of bouldering.

Rock

Good quality sandstone.

Climbing Season

Year round. Hot and sticky during the summer months.

Accommodations

Primitive camping - all trash must be hauled out. Cabins are rented space available. $80 + tax per night for up to 4 people, $10 per person thereafter.

Expenses

$5 day use fee per person. $5 per head to camp 12 and under free

Guidebooks

Available at trading Co. for $16.95 + Tax. Gear is available as well.
